Ordered Rotimatic machine on the website on 02/18/2026. It is supposed to ship in 2 weeks. Never delivered till date.

Was receiving emails regarding the delay up until 06/30/2026. No communication since June 2026. The website www.rotimatic.com owned by Zimplistic India Private Limited is not working either. Emails sent to [email protected] are unanswered.

This is an AI robot machine that makes fresh rotis (tortillas). First machine did not work I asked to return instead they exchanged it for another machine giving me 3 month trial with free return at 3 months if it doesn’t work. My 3 months are about to be over now the machine has not been working one of the parts is broken. I reached out right away they promised to send me the part however for the past one month I have not heard from them. Now they are unreachable via chat, email or phone. It’s very frustrating I cannot even return the machine. No way to get hold of this fraudulent company. Many others have been scammed like this.
