Employment Fraud Committed by an Employee of Rotary Engineering Pte Ltd

I need to report an employee, Ajith, who deceived me by promising jobs to three people and collected nearly 3 lakh Indian rupees in commission. Additionally, he defrauded another individual of approximately 19 lakh in a similar scam, providing a fake employment offer. I have evidence supporting these claims. Friday may 13 2022 Stephen curry contacted me from my resume on careerbuilder.com and sent me a zoom chat link to do a interview we did the interview he said hold for 10-15 mins for a decision he came back told me I was hired and to be online at 8 am to do my offer letter and tax info (in which I never filled out) then said they would be sending me a check to purchase my equipment and software with and I asked why can’t it just be directly deposited into my account rather than I deposit it and he said they could do a ACH deposit and proceeded to ask me for the access to my online account info and I then told him I’m not stupid I’m not giving him that info that I’ve never been asked for that info from any other employer the only info they need are my account and routing number if this was a legitimate job offer and then I told him I contacted you all and the FTC and my attorney and he said it’s none of y’all’s business because I’m not an employee there and he blocked me on zoom

Just because you have trust issues doesn't mean it's fraudulent. I'm also working for this company as a Customer Service Rep and so far it's been good and I hope for it to get better. This is my second month with the company and they do not request for banking access (Login details) but ACH payments do required account information and we all know that.

He contacted me the same way and everything has been good so far, this link was sent to me by a friend i introduced and I'm just here to say just because yours didn't go as planned and because you couldn't trust the process doesn't make the hiring Manager a Fraud. This is my 4th Month with this said company and I'm happy to be a part of this great company. I received my payment using the same method (ACH) and if we're being honest in other for a payment like that to be processed an access to your Banking information must be required. Rotary Engineering is not a Fraud and neither is the Hiring Manger so stop writing fake Articles.
