Ordered clothing on May 7th that supposedly shipped. After a few weeks, tracking said it had been delivered, but it had not. I emailed them and was told that they would reship at no additional cost. I got another tracking number on June 10th. On June 24th, tracking showed it was again delivered, but it was not. I was then offered a partial refund which I declined, telling them I wanted a full refund. They agreed and said that I would be fully refunded, but the refund has never arrived. Many emails full of excuses (twice mentioning “force majeure”) but still no refund as of August 19th.

I ordered from this Company Rosviane I never received my order. Reached them by email said they would send another package. That package was never received but tracking number showed delivered which was untrue. Came to realization this is a SCAM

Rosviane is A SCAM!!! I Ordered online. Paid for it and never got items. I emailed them and told them i never received items, They said they sent it and i should have gotten it, ask my neighbors- which all my neighbors are my landlords and know my name. They said they would send it again. I Waited so long never received it again! Emailed them again! They said they would give me a 70% refund wait another 25 days so i did. NOTHING. I emailed them again!!! Rosviane customer service email said they are sorry they were having issues. It is all a scam. It has been over 3 months of going back and forth!! Do not use this company unless you want your money taken and you being lied to in the hopes they are legit!!! Rosviane is A SCAM I REPEAT A SCAM!!!

Ordered clothing items. Said they were delivered and never were. I contacted the seller and they claimed they resent the package and claim that was delivered and it’s not here.
