I purchased Tennis Shoes Brand Hoka through the Shop app using Affirm for payments. I emailed the vendor multiple times to request an order update and tracking, never responded, and then they provided a tracking USPS that was fake because it showed it was delivered to my door when it was not. I opened a claim with Affirm and they sided with them because the vendor provided this fake tracking. I have screenshots of the multiple emails I sent to this vendor and never, not even once they reply to it. I even requested a refund and there was zero communication. Now I have to pay for an item I never received, they are scammers.
