Unauthorized VIP membership charge after small purchase
At no point during checkout was it clearly disclosed that I was purchasing a prepaid membership. I did not receive any order confirmation or receipt for the transaction.
When I contacted the company, they claimed I agreed by checking a general Terms & Conditions box, but they did not provide proof of explicit authorization or clear disclosure of the $149.95 charge.
The website appears to use misleading checkout practices and unclear billing disclosure. I am requesting investigation into this business and its billing practices.
I went back into the email correspondence to check the email thread and this is the email information I retrieved from the thread, which appears to be different from the initial email contact information: Customer Support Team, [email protected].
