Rooted in Faith charged my card and never sent the product
I ordered a product from Rooted in Faith from a Facebook ad. I never received the item, plus they made two other fraudulent charges on my credit card!
When I called their 800 number, they never announced their name, even after I asked for the company name that I was calling multiple times. They then told me about a free offer they had for buttons you press when you fall down! I repeatedly asked what company I was calling and that I needed the manager, but the person completely ignored my requests and continued to read a sales pitch for the button when you fall down. She would NOT listen, and I got nowhere and am not even sure there was anyone who would help me in the first place.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ROOTED IN FAITH! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT, AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT! THEY ARE INSTEAD ROOTED IN FRAUD!
