Rooney Wheels just scammed us out of $2500. We purchased a set of rims online from them and they had us use Zelle to transfer the money. That should have been a red flag right there. No credit cards. Direct type of money transfers only. Our money is gone. We made the purchase with them and then later that day we changed our minds and asked them for a refund on our order and they kept telling us “ya sure maybe tomorrow our secretary can help you out.” They strung us along for a few days with these kind of answers and now they won’t communicate with us at all. Lost contact completely. To save you from all heartache and despair , please trust us and do not give Rooney Wheels any of your hard earned money..

I recently ordered centre caps for my rear work wheels couldn’t find them anywhere until I stumbled across Rooneys wheels. I ordered them pretty fast. He transferred the money and was told I was going to get a carrier shipping. Email the day after. Four days later still no email I’ve talked to Bryan and Nathan who apparently work at the company but after calling around Huntsville and the local wheel stores in town, they all told me they have never heard of rooneys wheels . So customers please be aware. !

Absolute Scam

Purchased first set of wheels, first transaction went smooth, and they were more than happy to take the money and “ship” the wheels.
Got an email from shipping company who's website now no longer works and confirmed the shipping details and communication channels.
As they had to get shipped to Australia I was expecting a bit of a delay, tried contacting the shipping company after 2 weeks and nothing.
After 4 weeks went back to these guys and asked them for assistance, their reply is "oh the shipping company didn't hear from you, so they returned them, and we sold them".
At no point did these guys tried contacting me to confirm, if I hadn't reached out I'm sure they would never have reached out to me.
I asked for a refund which they said wasn't available and offered another set of wheels as a replacement, a more expensive pair but the same price as the original I had already paid.
They then expected me to pay for shipping again, which I paid for half (dumb thing to do).
They say the wheels have been shipped, but it's been 3 weeks and after numerous emails and other methods of trying to contact they've not replied, and I still have no wheels.
Absolute flops.

Wheel Scammer

Ordered a set of SSR Agle Strusses wheels and got an invoice to pay over Zelle. Was told prior to paying the invoice that the wheels would be shipped via DHL. Paid the invoice and was told the wheels would ship that day. Couple of days later after badgering them they set me some shipping information for some bogus shipping company called CA Global Logistics. I called them out on the bogus company and they said the wheels would still come. No wheels showed up when the tracking said they were to deliver and now they are give an excuse that the shipping company changed their insurance policy and is holding all their orders. Never order from this company. They are not a real company and are just scamming to get money in ways that are difficult for victims to get their money back from.

I’m not sure about your reports about them because I recently bought work Meister S1 from Them and I equally paid with Zelle takes 2 weeks tho thought it was scam but it got delivered you people we just be b[censored] about everything now online I hate to see people writing bad reviews about good Start up companies . Now even I’m Rooney Wheels, I wouldn’t Even refund you after writing this review about them.

Online scammer

Made a purchase through Afterpay, after completing the purchase,was told order would be shipped out within a few days, after a week of hearing nothing with no verification of order shipped, tried contacting them in regards to the order, was completely ignored and couldn’t get a reply or answer, had a friend who also bought a set of wheels from them same day I made my purchase, he spent 1780$ through Apple Cash and was supposed to drive to there location to pickup his order, when he arrived to the address it was a storage facility who had no clue what rooneywheels was. Do not recommend anyone to purchase from these scammers.

Most of their Are Drop shipping from Japan and European as one the agents was explaining to me I had same issue with package delays I thought I wa Scam or something but it was delivered after 3 weeks y’all so desperate to write bad reviews

Same thing happened to me, price was $1780 for some SSR Agle Strusses and I paid through Zelle, been responding to my messages for the last few weeks. Now they have gone dark. Looked up the "Support" phone number and found who it belongs to. Just trying to figure out if it was this person or someone using a google phone generated number, but the number comes up to registered in Georgia to a town 2 hrs from the Huntsville, AL storage facility their business is addressed to.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was emailed from from a representative at Rooney Wheels responding to an inquiry about some seats for my 2005 Acura RSX Type S. They stated that they had the seats in stock and to send payment through Zelle which I did. Once they received the $2339.00 payment, I never heard from them again. A few days later, I received what looked like an official shipping email from Paxos Global Logistics stating that the shipment is in route and would be delivered on 6/3/2022 which it did not arrive. Then on Tuesday 6/7/2022, I received a message from the shipping company stated that my shipment is on hold and that I needed to pay an additional $599.00 for them to release my shipment. I stated that the shipper (Rooney Wheels) is to pay that, because I've met my obligation when I sent my payment for the seats. I reached out to the rep from Rooney Wheels stating that he needed to send the payment for which he stated he would not. He went on to say that I should pay the $599.00 to get my seats. I truly believe the scammer is running a fake business page as well as a fake shipping page (Paxos Global Logistics) in order to scam people out of their money. Currently, I'm working with my bank to get my money back because I've definitely been scammed. Do not buy or order anything from this company because they will take your money!!!!!
