This company claims they are an interior AI designer. You purchase their service to help transform your room. The program was marketed heavily on Tik Tok. I went to purchase the service and it made me do subscription. So because I'm moving I wanted to try it. I got the subscription tested it out and it was horrible, so I went to cancel my subscription. No cancellation button anyway. I called the customer service number it's a number of someone's personal cell and they are screening my calls. Even though on the website it says that if you purchase subscription they will give you full access to customer service. I emailed them to get my subscription cancelled as I found their email on their site, and no response. And I've emailed them several times. I have no way of cancelling - they have me on a subscription and now I have to call the bank and get them blocked. But that in itself is problematic. They won't respond. It's a site that is taking money with no way of returning it. Feels like a full blown scam. Also they have different names for the site - it's super sketchy. And now since it's a personal phone number and personal gmail they have my information.
