The guy insisted that he needed to come and look at my roof and instantly called me by name and told me my address. He initially asked for my husband by name. My husband had talked to someone about coming to look at our roof so at first, I thought it was him clarifying that I was going to be home at a set time. After a few, minutes, I realized that this was someone else wanting to look at my roof and he insisted on coming by and told me that I would need more than one estimate for insurance to pay for it. I told him that I already had someone coming to look at it and he wanted to know when. I then told him it was none of his business and that he was being rude by calling me. He quickly hung up.
