SAW GOOD DEALS ON FACEBOOK . I THOUGHT WAS DICKS DISCOUNT STORE FOR SHOES 29.99 . I PLACED AN ORDER FOR SHOES MY CREDIT CAD WAS CHARGED 42.88 TAX/SHIPPING THAT WAS ON FEBRUARY 11TH 2025, RECEIVED EMAIL WITH FAKE TRACKING NUMBER AND HAVE BEEN WAITING EVER SINCE .

BUT PLACED A ORDER FOR SHOES MY DEBIT CAD WAS CHARGED 42.88 TAX/SHIPPING THAT WAS JAN 9TH 2025, RECIEVED EMAIL WITH FAKE TRACKING NUMBER AND HAVE BEEN WAITING EVER SINCE ALSO CHECKED WITH POST OFFICE AND THE TRACKING NUMBER IS FAKE. CONTACTED MY BANKS FRAUD DEPARTMENT. THIS [email protected] IS THE SAME ROMORYXSUSD-- BE AWARE!

Wayfair ad on Facebook. When I tried to complete a purchase, then I received a fraud alert. Immediately contacted band to reverse the charge.

A deal too good to ignore from "Wayfair" (fraudulently represented) found on Facebook Marketplace... After I made the order, I needed to change the color of the product. No Customer Service phone numbers worked. The fraudulent organization did respond to an email I sent, with actual details of the order, but has taken no action. I contacted the real Wayfair and they have no order. I contacted my bank and the $53.90 charge shows PENDING and Chase Bank can not cancel the PENDING charge. Chase can only take action after it posts. We had to cancel all our credit cards.

I BOUGHT TWO PAIRS OF BOOTS FROM WHAT LOOKED LIKE THE ARIAT WEBSITE.
I SOON FOUND OUT THAT IS WAS CREATED BY A FAKE COMPANY IN XECHEN, CHINA. Don't fall for this. I was on Facebook when I clicked to the fake site. Sales that are too good to be true, are too good to be true. Here is the FAKE tracking information. No delivery was ever made.

On 01/03/2025, I purchased items from this site thinking Ariat was having a year-end clearance sale. My purchase totaled $151.14. The merchant is listed as ROMORYXWSUSD on the purchase details. I have been unable to contact this vendor, nor have I received any communication since 01/03/2025 when I got an email confirming my order.
Please do not fall for this scam as I did!

wish i had seen this first but the name when ordering is a store or company that is real, so you don't see the fake and fraud till they get your money and gone, and they were still trying to get more money off my card.

These criminals built an online presence and did a promo Ad on Facebook, posing as DICK'S SPORTING GOODS. They had all of the graphics. Nothing looked out of place. They even had the "Trusted Retailer" emblem from Facebook Marketplace to further manipulate their scam. They were advertising brand-name sneakers, and that was a whopper of a discount. At first, the transaction declined my credit card which usually works. Thus, I broke out the debit card and provided yet another complete set of card information including the securing number. Now I am in process of canceling that card, too. Fortunately, I anticipate I'll get a refund on my Debit transaction, as my bank is rather good at honoring customer's disputes. Legally they are not obligated because it is a DEBIT. A credit card on the other hand has some built-in protections as part of their absurd interest rates. BUYER BEWARE.

Saw this Dresser from Wayfair for $39.99. Thought, WOW, what a great sell. So, I quickly ordered one. Haven't heard anything from them since they took my money. I've learned my lesson.

I found a charge on my visa credit card on 1/2/25 for $42.87 for romoryxwsusd 5623516581co. I have no idea what it is for. I never heard of romory. It was not authorized. Please find out what this is for. Thank you.

I saw a deal from Wayfair on my cell phone for a Dewalt miter saw for $58. I jumped on it as it was originally over $500. I have always ordered many things from Wayfair and have never had any problems. After not receiving it, I began checking my bank account and realized where it came from was ROMORYXWSUSD. I should have known better!

I feel SO stupid. I'm a fairly intelligent person...I thought I was. I got 2 sectionals, a sofa and a diner set for $45.97. Supposedly a HUGE sale. I thought it was truly a wonderful sale. And it's Wayfair. That's a reputable name. Lesson learned.
