Says it was delivered and it is not. Also hacked my CC and charged $116 usd before i could get it stopped. They use a fake Company to track package. said it was delivered to my mailbox and my mailbox is to small for a package this size.

I ordered three wigs from Luvme, or what I supposed it was authentic. It indicated that the wigs had been delivered, but I didn’t receive anything! I tried visiting the website, says the store is closed. Now I’m out of $30.97 which isn’t a lot, but when you’re on a fixed income, $30 is like $100! How can I get my money back?

I thought I was buying 4 wigs from Luveme and when I did not hear from them but an email with the order details from this place [email protected]. I waited a few more days and not package so I went back to the email they sent to me and the order was there and saying I would receive my package soon. I gave it a few more days no package and when I clicked on the or in the email it says store close.

I have purchased some jelly cats (stuffed toy animals) online and I purchased this on the 10th of February and it has been over 30 days. I still have not recieved my order. I have emailed multiple times and they say to be patient, or wait 3-5 working days. I have screen shots of this all as proof. I really hope I manage to get my money back some how or get some thing in return but I doubt that would even happen.

Scammer for products that never arrive

Never received what I ordered and continues to delay without giving refund. Was given a fake track17 tracking number that says something was delivered but no one showed up at on my ring doorbell that day and I was home all day as well. Keeps redirecting me to go to my local post office, who have no record of this delivery and cannot track the fake track17 number. He is now checking with the "warehouse' to see if this was an incorrect delivery?

His website now redirects some other completely different scam. I think he is located in China so I don’t know what can be done but is terrible scammer. Never received what I ordered and continues to delay without giving refund. Bought warhammer but never received

Bought warhammer minis from a website and this email was the contact us email. After my order I got 17track tracking number but nothing was ever received. The tracking number was fake because it said something was delivery and I was at my house all day and nothing was dropped off. No one on the ring camera either. Total scam. Now trying to get money back but sending canned responses. Stay away.

I too have been scammed by this site. I had purchased a wig on 1/9/2025 & as of today 2/18/2025 I still haven’t received said product! I’ve been in contact with the wig site Luvme hair, letting them know that “Lu” has been using their. Logo under false pretenses! 😔

I placed a order for a wig through Luvmewig back in October of 2024 and I never received it, I have been emailing that Roman person about getting a refund, they keep giving me the runaround and they keep saying the same stuff….. WHOEVER THIS PERSON IS NEEDS TO BE LOCKED UP! You need money that bad, get a real job and stop taking people money!

I ordered several Hoka One shoes through a Facebook advertisement that was affiliated with Dicks Sporting Goods. I have not received them, but I paid for them.
The scammer has the information of the used card that has been already deactivated.
