Tracking number said product was delivered, but we never received it. Company said they would send another product, never received. I’ve enclosed the follow up email that says they will refund minus the $10 shipping fee. The product was $19.98 and shipping was $4.99. I’ve requested the full amount of $25.97 and reported it to my credit card.
