I just want to complain that the item ordered was not what I received. I have tried to contact but the number is not correct on website and I have sent several emails and gone to website to let them know I did not get what I ordered. It is false advertisement. This item was a kitten and the picture looked like a baby kitten packed in a box. I received a poorly made kitten in a white plastic bag. It was not in the box they show online. I just wanted the item that was advertised.
