I contacted Roku customer service. However, it was a 3rd party website masquerading as ROKU. They were stating that they were trying to troubleshoot via my phone. However, they were trying to access my bank account and other information. The number I called is

877-593-4834. The people are scammers. You will need to go to your online ROKU account to gain actual access.
