Call comes in as a Rogers customer service rep offering the loyal customer a new promotion. The new promotion is a change in phone plan and 2 new phones for $0. Phones come, you receive a call from hook up department and then you're informed the order sent is not correct, must send the phones back. Sent a FedEx label for return. It is not Rogers customer service, it's a scam. Rogers will not work with me as their loyal customer. They are holding me accountable for the order of these phones.
