This was a Sephora Favorites Advent Calendar 2023 - on Facebook from rockjoin (rockjoin.com). I paid $30.00 and continuously contacted them for my product and the kept saying it was on the way. there was a tracking number and i when i looked into it "Delivered" it was not even my house. I contacted them at [email protected] and thyy said it was delivered to the address i gave them . I proved it was not my error but never came after a month. they agreed it was their issue and offered 30% off another order but i won't get ******* twice. They agreed to a full refund and i kept emailing for refund and it was always "on the way" . It's been 3 months so I am giving up.
