RockHatter is advertising on MSN internet and claiming the hats are handmade in Mexico. When I received the hat it was obvious it was a scam. The return address on the package was from an Andy Chen with the address of 60-28 Myrtle Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385. The hat arrived in a plastic postal bag and smashed flat.

Scam site from Rockhatter.com. I never received my goods. Others received very low quality goods while expecting quality goods as shown on their website. Avoid this site and company.

I ordered a cowboy hat from Rock Hatter (RockHatter.com), $70.08. After weeks of waiting, it came to me. However, it's not at all what I ordered.

I filed a complaint with them (Rock Hatter and the BBB). I want the correct hat, or my money back. They have a return

policy, good luck there. What more can I do?

Thanks - Dan Gallagher, 954-274-6450, [email protected]

The product they advertise is not the product you receive. It does not come in the packaging that is advertised on the website. You do not receive the item that you ordered. It is a low quality. The advertisement is totally false.

I ordered 2 different hats. After a long delay I received 2 of the same hat that were completely crushed. The hats they shipped were nothing similar to what I ordered. Every attempt to contact the company had gone nowhere. Rockhatter.com is a total scam

Listed custom hats on TikTok. Purchased four for $210.00. Items arrived in plastic bags, instead of hat boxes, several weeks later. The item received were nothing like the items I ordered. I received one black hat and three identical beige hats. When I complained, the support person, Britney stated they gave me “upgraded” items. I was not happy and asked for my money back and a return label. Britney offered me 40% of my funds and said I can keep the products. I said no way! You made the mistake, I’m not paying for it. On the website it notes free returns it the fault was their own. If that was enough- after checking my credit card statement, they over charged me for the products by $30 and didn’t inform me! This company is a scam!

I ordered a hat from Rockhatter & when shipping info/tracking number was provided I discovered it was shipping from China! Their website portrays themselves as a USA company. After over a month of waiting the hat never arrived. Tracking shows it made it to Chicago but never left that depot. I contacted Rockhatter & they said give it a few more days, which I did. Checked tracking number 4 days later & still no update. That was 10/1/24. I contacted Rockhatter requesting a refund & they said that they can not refund my money! I responded demeaning a refund for an undelivered product & they never responded. Another email to them again demanding a refund, no response. I am now out almost $70. They will take your money, won't deliver product, and cut off communication.

Update 11/2/24: I finally received the hat. It is a cheap, poor quality hat AND it is waaay too big. Their sizing chart is inaccurate, the hat is at least 1" lager than my head (I know my hat size plus I measured 2x to be sure). I requested a refund & I will return the hat. They offered 40% refund, I keep the hat. I CAN NOT WEAR this ridiculously large hat, it falls below my ears. I emailed stating I want a full refund & if they want the hat back to send me a return shipping label. No response.

Products purchased are not the same as products advertised. Product photos in companies online catalog are in actuality a very cheap imitation and not even comparable to what is advertised.

- Tucson, AZ, USA

This company advertises photos of hats that are actually not at all even close to the ones photographed and are thus a very cheap imitation. When I tried to get a refund, I had to contact (I’m trying to insert this at the end of this but this is the email address for their support person: [email protected]) them through a support website and their response was that they do not refund. They offered me 30% of what I paid and when I demanded 100% they then offered 50% of what I paid. At that point I read reviews about the company and about what a sham the company and their products were so I figured I’d better take the 50% of what I paid before they were shut down or closed up shop. I think this is their intent all along, to make money by keeping partial payment instead of returning 100%. They also said to keep the hat. The hat is nothing like the one in there online catalog. It’s not the same color, or details or quality, nothing like what is photographed. This company is bogus and they are being dishonest in their sales tactics.

Here is their information that I know:

Consignee: Huang Zhi Heng

Street address: Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, on the 4th floor of the developed building

Zipcode: 523660
