I browsed a well-known website for ammunition called Ammoseek, which acts as a search engine for different ammunition vendors. I found cheap ammunition from a website called "RocketFire" with the URL Rocketfire.biz. I placed an order for ammunition for $210.00 USD on their website on 1/29/2025 and was sent a confirmation email. I emailed them and asked about how long it would take to ship the ammunition and they stated it would ship around 2/14/2025. I canceled my order on 2/20/2025 after not receiving the shipping order way past their deadline and received an email asking to not cancel my order and that they would ship half of my order at that time, but I declined and asked for a full refund. The company sent me an email stating " Done ... order canceled, refunded and closed." After that, I checked my bank and saw the money pending in my account. The next day the pending money was not in my account. I waited until 4 days after that due to being a weekend and it was still not in my account nor pending. Today I called my bank and verified that there was no refund. RocketFire canceled my refund and scammed me out of $210.00. I was informed by a friend of mine who is an FFL firearms dealer that the ATF/FBI sent out emails to all the FFL dealers warning them of scams on ammunition on the Ammoseek website. I found this out after purchasing the ammunition.

More information about the company after finding out I was scammed: Rocketfire's phone number (844-970-9700) states they shut down their phone number due to too many spam calls; Highly unlikely. The address is listed as " Cooper & Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233" which doesn't even have a numerical address, it's just an intersection. This website and scam center needs to be shut down.
