Worst 3PL partner we could have asked for.
1. shipping rates quoted were gross misrepresentations. actual price inflation around 80% on every package (hidden markups at the level of the label).
2. frequently lost or misplaced inventory, then, rather than finding it, would inform us it was missing and do nothing. this inventory would often turn up weeks or months later, after customer orders had been canceled.
3. barred us from visiting our own inventory ostensibly to locate missing pairs.
4. handling time / fulfillment time was on average several days. once, no packages shipped for a full two weeks in high season.
5. storage fees were egregious
6. gouged us on labor costs upon getting inventory out of there. billed 90 hours to pack 4 pallets.
Overall, this was a disaster for our business—the most frustrating and disappointing relationship since we started five years ago. We are now doing all of our fulfillment in house and managing what amounts to our own warehouse, which is infinitely less stressful and fraught.
Strongly advise you do not get involved with Rocket Shippers.

Followed after that my "application" was accepted for the position.
Was sent an email with a link of a video I was to watch of how their business ran and the role of the shipping clerk.
Also spoke on the phone with their "Manager" about what I will be doing. Basically told me I would receive packages and shipping supplies, I would need to take pictures of the contents and upload the photos. Take off all return to shipper labels, warning labels, and place shipping label uploaded from dashboard to a printer on package. Said wouldn't get shipping label til customer receipt as well.
