A woman named Valerie King has called my husband a couple of times looking for me saying I took a payday loan fraudulently from Ace Cash Express on 3/3/2018 and closed a bank account shortly after. She told my husband I was being served at 5pm the following day if I did not pay in full. She had my full social and current address. She kept providing an incorrect birthday for me. She said my loan was taken out using my married name but in the time period claimed, my legal name was my maiden name. I hadn’t had a payday loan since 2013 and her information doesn’t match anything I’ve received. I never took out any such loan in 2018 but she said she isn’t debating with my husband and that I’m past the point of settling and that I will be taken to court over this. I’ve had the same bank account and phone number for well over a decade. She claims I have received emails about this. False. It’s scary they have my social. It’s a scam. I have no such loan!
