Report

Dog trainer filed a contract that we signed for a 4 week board and train. After paying 4,000 dollars upfront, she violated the dates in the contract by postponing the intake of our dog. She then had the dog for 3 weeks and would not respond to communication for days on end. She returned the dog a week early and said it was for 3 days despite this not being in the contract. She then postponed taking her back for a week. She then refused to refund the final week citing that it's her policy and in the contract that she won't refund. She violated the contract from the beginning and now our dog returned with no new knowledge except she now knows how to jump over a fence
