Beware of John William Luna Jr (aka John Luna, Johnnie Luna, Johnny Luna, John William Luna, Johnnie D. Luna) of Tucson AZ. He is a wanted criminal with an active warrant out for his arrest. If you see him, call the police immediately.

John Luna's businesses, Roccomac Investment Group LLC, and Luna Enterprises LLC are both scams. Johnnie has a decades-long history of charges for fraud, contracting without a license, sexual crimes against a minor, and more. He will pretend to be your friend, he will take your money, and he perpetually claims that he will deliver on his promises "tomorrow".

If you have been scammed by John Luna, report him to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. He needs to be stopped.

We first hired John (Johnny) Luna to demo our 83 year old fathers home. Things were going good until we were waiting for the permits from the City of Phoenix. He kept asking for money to buy the supplies to build the home. That is what contractors do when they are building a home BUT he was not a contractor. He was recommended by a person we trusted. Then he just disappeared with the money, the supplies that he supposedly put deposits on and our hope to rebuild our fathers house. Now we have a loan on property that he owned. We were trying to make him a house that was safe for him to live in. He did not have air conditioning and there was so much wrong that we needed to start from scratch. This man gained our trust and scammed us. Do not let anyone named John Luna (short chunky Italian male) do any work for you. He is a fraud. He does not have a license. He is a thief. He may also tell you that he is a veteran. Not sure if that is true. He lives in Tucson and his wife is Irma Martinez Luna. He has many children I know one is names Suzanne. Not sure if they are all involved in the scam. Beware!!
