The company has a website where they claim to help write a profile for people looking for a medical related job in the UK (Doctors jobs with NHS UK using the platform Trac). I used their service where after taking the payment, they sent me a complete form to fill where they asked me all the questions that are asked by the medical jobs on Trac where we create a profile and apply for jobs. So in short they took all the required answers needed for a normal Trac job application and then they used AI just to change the answers and just paraphrase my answers. When I checked answers with AI detection tool, some paragraphs were 100% AI created. Then I matched their data with mine, Most of the sentences were a complete copy of mine.

I looked for their phone number but no phone number is available on their website to call which I felt bad about and did not check before paying them. I then approached them using email and requested a refund. They refused to provide a refund and started blaming me of using the AI for giving them the answers they asked for in their form. I requested to understand that I asked for a good profile written by them and not paraphrasing of my words and data. They after few emails stopped replying as well. Now my money is gone and they took data from me and gave me back the data I gave them by changing 50% of it using AI like Chat GPT and gave me back my own data and words for the remaining 50%.

When it comes to the company, the owners who are husband and wife as per the website and their youtube channel, they live and work in the UK as doctors with the NHS. They I believe created a website registering a company is the US to avoid paying tax in the UK for their company plus their job. Or may be they are just using US registered company to commit fraud and scam like this. They should have registered the company in the UK in the first place if they were legitimate. So they are scamming people and no phone number is there to complain and after my several emails their last email said they will sue me for harassing if I send more emails with refund requests and then they stopped replying.

I wonder if they even are allowed to open a register business in the US when they are not US residents and not opening and registering the business in the UK where they are residents. Please beware and I hope no one else is scammed by them
