Flat tire. Called for assistance, told 60 minutes with payment in advance. Disabled daughtervin car so I had to act quickly. One hour later was called to be told driver had a police emergency and would be 4-5 hours or I could use another driver 90 minutes away for an additional fee. My daughter needed oxygen so I asked if they could just stop the order. Had to sign an email accepting a 69.00 cancelation fee to be partially refunded. Told it would take 4-5 business days for remaining refund. I am also calling my bank as the caller suggested I call 911 since my daughter needed medical help
