Four months worth of charges were on my credit card for this company. I had never signed up for their service. The charges were $49.95 each. My credit card bank contacted me as to whether or not this was an approved charge. I said no. Now I have to go through the problem of changing my automatic withdrawals for this credit card again!

two separate charges showed up on my credit card for $1.00 and $1.95, about a week apart, neither was authorized. I called the number provided by my CC company. The support person who answered would not tell me what the charge was for. She just kept asking me to verify my e mail address, and then hung up on me.
