Website says returns are no problem. Contacted them via email to return defective products. They want me to mail them back to China. However customs forms do not allow batteries to be sent. Contacted Rivanta several times via email and numerous phone calls. No answer, no reply. Their website shows located in Wyoming, but I was told by them it was the location of their couriers.
