2 teenagers had a folding table set up outside the Ballard QFC and claimed to be selling baked goods for a youth charity (Youth Rise Up), but instead of charging me the stated amount ($20) they charged $800. I later found social media posts that they have done this at other grocery stores around the city including in Magnolia and West Seattle.
