I had purchased some rings from their website for roughly $270 and when I had got them they were the wrong ring. I contacted them through email and told them that I wanted a refund and they responded two days later even though they have posted on their site that they respond within 24 hours that they would send me the correct rings and give me a 10% discount I have received neither one and I told him that I just want a refund they have been ignoring my messages it has been 4 days now and they have yet to respond again. I have not received the Rings nor the discount and they are ignoring me.
