Went online to Costco rental cars, which turned into economy bookings, which resulted in arranging for a rental car from Right Cars. Tried to cancel within 46 hours and they would not refund the charges. Arranged to rent a car for the following week online to pick up at the Tampa airport. I rode in a shuttle to the right cars Office which was offsite where I was told I had to purchase their insurance for an extreme over $600 price on top of the car rental charges. Because I did not want to purchase the 600+ dollars insurance, I had to cancel with no refund and left stranded there with no car.
