Ordered a stitched football jersey. Received a couple shipping notifications with a real tracking number, but delivery stalled for weeks. Tried to contact seller, invalid contact info. Upon further research, appears to be a fraudulent site.

On December 9, 2024 I was searching the web for a Duke Cooper Flagg Jersey for my son. Rigabit.com came up on the first page of the search and had the jersey in the size I needed. I placed the order and immediately received an email that my order was received and a few hours later received another email saying the order was being shipped with a tracking number that when clicked led me to the USPS website. So I didn't think anything phony was going on until two weeks go by and I still haven't received my order. Christmas is approaching so I check on the tracking again and the last entry is still on Dec. 14th. it states "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item JAMAICA, NY 11434 December 14, 2024, 4:33 pm Shipping Partner: HJ_JFK" SO I called USPS and the post office explained that the shipping label is created by the vendor and that doesn't mean that USPS has received the package yet. Once they do, then the tracking info gets updated." So Rigabit created a fake label with a USPS tracking # but didn't send out any package. So then I decided to email support@rigabitcom and [email protected]. The support email was undeliverable but the other email sent me an automated message that states the following, "Rigabit Store acknowledged your order ########### for a Duke Blue Devils #2 Cooper Flagg Royal College Basketball Stitched Jersey with size XL, but did not send you the jersey due to it not being available in that size. They have, however, sent a tracking number for the shipment." Huh!! The message is contradictory, they didn't send the jersey because they didn't have the right size but sent me a tracking #. RIGABIT IS A SCAM! BEWARE!

I ordered a jersey from Rigabit.com on 11/14/2024. The maximum amount of time for it to get here was 22 days. The package started in Shanghai and just sat there for about 2.5 weeks AFTER the tracking number had become active. I reached out to the seller and they apologized and said they expedited to shipping. The package then went to Los Angeles and it has been sitting there ever since. No scans have been made. I’ve reached out to the seller multiple times and all they send me is the same tracking number over and over again. No other words, just a link containing the tracking number. It’s painfully clear that I was scammed.
