I ordered a product from Rick's Protocol off Facebook. I sent the money via paypal. He claims to have packaged the product but needed $235 for "insuance" before shipping via Glo Shipping Express Logistics. I refused to pay the "insurance" and asked for a refund for the purchase. He refuses to refund me because I "did not pay the insurance and I am rude and stubborn". Because he requested payment via the "friends and family" route on paypal I am unable to report this to paypal to get my money back. Rick's Protocol has since blocked my on Facebook so I can no longer communicate with them.
