Rick Higby was hired by text to purchase and install a bathtub. He asked for 1370.00 to do that. He brought the tub to my condo. The tub was wrong size, and he had misrepresented himself, as he was not licensed nor could pull a permit. I asked him to take the tub out, then to return my money. He refused, and texted, "nobody works for free".
