ALREADY FILED A SCAM COMPLAINT ON RICHARD SCOTT RENTAL. I SENT HIM $50 THRU CASHAPP TO PAY FOR APPLICATION FEE FOR A RENTAL HOUSE. HE IS USING CASHAPP NAME JAY'ANDRE BROWN $JayandreBrown1 TO COLLECT, CLAIMING THAT'S HIS ACCOUNTANT.

I was looking for a rental house on Marketplace/FB. Richard Scott Rental contacted me about a house on North 10th St in Abilene TX, sent me a link to fill out application. Then paid him $50 thru Cash App for app fee. Sent me a link/doc.google.com rental app form, filled it out. Next thing I know I'm approved but need $700 deposit to start lease. When I tried to send the $50 thru Cash App, a scam alert popped up. Me a dingbat, still sent it. Mr. Scott also told me that they had been having issues with Cash App and money being sent. I told him I was paying out any cash that much until I seen the house, at that time I could pay the deposit and any other fees. I told him it would be till after May 1st. He said the people living in it right now would be out by May 20th. So let's see.
