Reached out to us after we posted we needed concrete work done at our house on Nextdoor App. Sent us a quote and a contract on Joist App. Broke up the job into 2 parts. Paid $500 for the first job, he came and completed 3/4 of it but ran out of material so he was going to come back the next day. The next day he asked if we wanted to complete the project, we said yes, signed another contract, he said he would come over the weekend then and do it all. We payed $1500 to complete the project. Saturday came and we reached out to see when he’d come, he said he meant he was coming Sunday. Sunday came and he never responded to calls or text messages.
