My husband got a voicemail on his cellphone from 1-291-213-9588. The woman claimed to be Claudia from Revitalized Tax Resolution LLC calling about tax resolution. She mentioned the file ACF69721 and asked him to call 888-805-5838 regarding back income tax debt. She made it sound urgent and told him to call by January 20. She said to opt out of future calls to call the caller ID on your phone. We knew this was a scam, so reporting it is the only action we have taken.
