I am a very versitile cook and have many ingredients and seasonings in my pantry. However, the recipes on this app were so cumbersome and would require so many special ingredients, I did not wish to go forward. However, be advised WARNING - if you download the app simply to see if it works for you - even if you NEVER once USE IT, Reverse Health will not fund one penny back to you. This was a complete WASTE of MONEY.

Unethical business practices

If you sign up, you are signing up for a subscription, without knowing it! (It was noted, but within several paragraphs of super small, almost illegible text). Then after 6 months, boom, they charge your credit card! NO NOTICE! And they won’t remove it. So for the next 6 months, I am still a member of something that doesn’t work! IT IS NOTHING MORE THAN A LOW-CALORIE DIET!

The goal seems to be to get women over 40 to log on and forget they have this app for ridiculous recipes, only to collect renewal fees they fight tooth and nail not to refund or allow to be reversed.

I echo the same complaints I have read. They say its by week then charge 6months in advance. They promise satisfaction guaranteed or your money back but make it impossible to get your money back. The app sucks! Its glitchy and hard to use. The recipes are not tailored to anyone its just another diet hidden under health names. Stay away

downloaded the weight loss app. watched one video. decided this was not for me. site said 28 days to cancel. I cancelled in two days and was told they would not renew my subscription in 6 months...but would not refund the $72 paid for 6 months of their program since I downloaded the app.. I reminded them of the 3 day right of refusal law. They said they were not bound by that. They offered to refund 50% and I took it....realizing I will probably not recoup the amount I spent for the "privilege " of downloading their app and watching one video. Weight loss SCAM.

I share the experiences of everyone else here on this platform. Unbelievable how Reverse Health customer service treats you if you want a refund. They lie and play for time so no refund is possible anymore. And there is nothing you can do about it...

THEY HAVE A RIDICULOUS CANCELLATION POLICY! Beware, I used the app for a few minutes and decided it wasn’t for me. They don’t have a trial period, instead they charge you the full amount and don’t refund your money without exorbitant steps. DON’T sign up!

100% money back is bogus..

The 100% money back guarantee is a false statement. In order to get your money back, you must jump thru so many hoops. No one will be successful.
After contacting them regarding being unable to enter the foods I was eating instead of the limited items they want you to eat. (I don't have time to specifically shop). The reply I received basically told me, don't be a whiner. Wow...

Takes Advantage of the Elderly

Shame on this company. My 88 year old mother accidentally signed up for this. She never downloaded the app because she doesn't know how or downloaded any email. Therefore she never received a product. She also called imediately and they said they would refund but did not. After weeks and weeks they gave a 50% refund but she should have received a full refund. DO NOT use this company. They are definitely scammers

I purchased a 6 month subscription for $2.79 per week and I was charged the full amount upfront. I registered and cancelled the same day and they are refusing to refund me. I am in contact with Lynn from reverse health. She does not know who she is dealing with.

COMPLETE SCAM

This company is a complete scam! They charge you a weekly fee, for me it was $2.79, then when you go to pay, they charge $72 to your card/PayPal. The program itself is not legit and does not follow any type of "health" guidelines. The program could actually be dangerous. This company has scammed hundreds, if not thousands of people. When you request a refund, the company refuses. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I want my $72 back!

I purchased the plan based on cancel anytime and weekly rate well they charged full amount upfront. I canceled the plan minutes later soon as I saw they charged upfront contacted them didn’t even download the app but they refuse to refund my money have contacted them everyday for a week.

SCAMMERS

I bought their subscription for all of 5 minutes and this was not for me. I was told because I opened their app up, I am not due a full refund as it is against their policy. I told te person emailing me, I didn’t not want their program and I was told “Oh well” and if I was to dispute with my bank they would not allow the refund. I am calling the BBB and the person told me to do what I have to do.
SO DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scammers for your money!

This is marketed as a metabolism tracker but you cannot see how it works until after you sign up for six months. ONce you download, it is just a diet and some videos, not interactive at all.
