I ordered a wallet in June and was in contact with Customer Service several times asking about delivery. They responded that the item was in transit but did not provide any tracking information, even after requested. I finally sent an email the end of August asking for a refund and they replied since it was in transit, they could not refund. After again following up for tracking information, they have ghosted me and do not respond to emails.
