I purchased a game console from retro Soft for $80.00. When I received the game console there were no games installed on the game console. I contacted retro Soft support and I was informed that I needed to purchase additional software for the game which was not stated on their website when I made my purchase. This company is misleading and when you contact support you don't get the assistance that you need. I want to make others aware of this company.
