Letter received in mail by father. Father is 83 years old and did not recall any business dealings with the company. I called and asked for understanding. Company representative indicated that it was a home warranty company and the letter was a final notice. They indicated that if i didnt provide them with a routing number for checking to take $292 today they would 'redline' the property and cancel any home warranty. I asked for previous bills for this service showing where my father had used before. They would not provide and refused to let me speak to a supervisor saying they were not available. They said if i ended the call without paying that the home warranty would be canceled and the property "redlined". No indication of what that term means or its ramification.
