I purchased the Retina Clear product and used it as directed. I received notification they shipped the product to me on February 7, 2026. They promised a 69-day money-back guarantee. The product did not help my eyesight at all as they claimed it would in their advertisement. So I reached out to them for a refund on April 11, 2026. They tell me I can’t receive my money back because it shipped out on February 7th. I explain to them that they lied because I didn’t actually receive the product in my hands until two weeks after February 7th, and I was within their timeline where I should have been able to receive a refund. I feel in the advertisement they are also promising fast results just to rob people of their money.
