Says they can pay off and/or lower interest rates on all my credit cards. They seemed to already have some personal info on me. I advised caller to send everything by UPS Mail. I hung up when he was try to do a credit check on me. Guy's name was Marcus. I have gotten voicemail from a Lisa.
