I tried to do the Free Trial but an invasive pop up appeared which was made to scam people into a subscription. I immediately contacted the business to cancel the subscription and asked for a refund as it was within a few minutes. I received an email that they "forwarded your request to our dedicated team for further review. They will review your case to see how we can best assist". I waited a day and emailed asking for the status and did not receive a response. I emailed twice more within several days and still failed to receive a response. They took $47 that I did not authorize,
