Type of a scam Retail Business
After many different companies sending mail here but addressed to Think Wear LLC, I went to the Ga Sec of State website and found that LLC.
It was created Dec 11, 2024 under the name of Gina H*****. I have met Ms H*****, her ex husband once lived here, his parents still keep contact with Ms H*****.
She categorically denies any knowledge of Think Wear LLC. G SOS advised me to file a police report, which I did, then sent that back to the G SOS. They told me they had marked it (the LLC) as under investigation, but I CONTINUE to get mailings from various banks and credit cards.
I contacted American Bank about this, they told me that even with all three of my credit score accounts frozen, banks use "CHEX" to establish credit lines.
I do not know what else to do. I AM NOT INVOLVED WITH NOR CONNECTED TO MS H***** nor THINK WEAR LLC.
It is a fraud and scam of the highest order in my opinion.
What I find very troubling is that the date it was filed, Dec 11 2024, was exactly to the day 4 yrs after I signed my mortgage on the house and property.
