Report

ordered a snowblower on clearance on 16 January 2026. Web site said I should allow 20 to 30 days for delivery. Invoice e-mail was for $98.61. Charge appeared on my card that night, for a 12% larger amount from a company with a different name: N2P TOVRIA, based in Hong Kong. Web site lists company address in Texas, but I should have known better since the contact e-mail on web site and in invoice e-mail is a Hong Kong address. It is now 40 days since I placed the order. Never received shipment notification nor acknowledgement of refund requests. Filed dispute with credit card company but I doubt I will get my money back. I see today that they have changed their contact e-mail addresses on their web site.
