Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order in January for a crossbody bad and computer cord organizer. About 3 weeks later i started emailing asking where my package was at. For a month the feedback given showed a 'report' that the package was sitting in NC in customs. I emailed every 10 days asking for help. Finally in early April i asked for a refund and the company refused stating 'the package was in transit' and they could not give me my money back. I called my bank last week and because i am beyond 60 days there is nothing they could do either. Then yesterday 4/22/25 the company sent another 'report' showing a package was delivered March 21 and that i should check with post office. I called the PO and the number given is not trackable by the PO. Emailed them AGAIN today asking for a refund! The site did not indicate that delivery could take longer due to be international nor that it was international at all. Guess i am out of luck though i will continue to email and harass them.
