I received a voicemail from a Mrs. Clark with payment processing trying to verify my address to prepare documentation in their case. They've even contacted my family members. When I tried calling back I asked what it was in regards to and they hung up on me and then wouldn't answer the phone again. When I called they said they were with Resolve Financial, but the voicemail when nobody answers says it's Mediation Account Services. They used a completely different name with my family members.
