I initially ordered from Resilia.shop in March 2026. I received an abundance of product. I noticed I was subscribed so I immediately cancelled subscription. I started getting emails from "Sarah" and "James". Sarah claimed to have "accidentally cancelled" my subscription which I actually cancelled on my own. March 30th she sent an email saying she was going to cancel that week which meant my subscription was never cancelled. Here we are today April 13th and I got charged $85 and unwanted product was shipped. As I'm writing this the money was just refunded because I disputed the charge with "PayPal" as well as sent several emails showing proof I cancelled.

Signed up for product and recieved product which was poor quality. Cancelled subscription by email 4 times, no one from company would answer phone nor would they call us as they indicated on email they would callbut they continued billing my credit card monthly. Dispute has been filed with credit card 3 times and hopefully MasterCard will eventually block this company from my account.

The package says that it has 30 packets, but it does not; it has 20. It was put in the mail box in Florida it is 90% or over the package says store in cool place.

You may have seen online one of the many adverts for Oil of Oregano and black seed oil of which a company called Resilia is featured. Please be aware that their advert is very misleading. The packet shown in the advert is large however you will only receive a packet containing 30 capsules, so if you buy one pack it’s over $1 per capsule (with shipping included).
It’s also shipped from China (despite being advertised as being manufactured in the USA).
The only way to see the actual pack is to hit the ‘shop now’ button, swipe left and it will show the reverse of the packet with the quantity (30).
I have seen comments from people questioning whether the capsules even contain oil of oregano as they have cut open a capsule and there is no smell.
Worst of all, they set you up on a subscription service without identifying this so if they have your card or PayPal details they will automatically send you another pack of 30 and charge you for it and they won’t allow you to cancel the order / give a refund.

Oregano soft gels aren't oregano! And who knows what they are. But they refuse to give a full refund even though their website explicitly states if you're not 100% satisfied a full refund will be given.

- Poughkeepsie, NY, USA

The product packaging does not have the Resilia name on it and is a printed sricker to look like the authentic product package

I placed an order for Oregano Softgels on December 2, 2024 on a website that uses a little American flag as a guise because the product comes from China. I normally receive my online orders within 3-5 days. After a significant delay, I reached out to the company via the contact webform. I received a response with a generic tracking website that I found a lot of Chinese companies use. I sent another email and they responded with a tracking number that was never linked to my USPS informed delivery. It only shows that a package was delivered on January 2, 2025 to my city and zipcode, no address. Each time I have asked them for a refund and each time they push the responsibility of chasing the package on me. I was home on the date they claim the package was delivered and nobody came up to drop off a package that was not listed on my USPS informed delivery. They charged me for shipping and that should cover the claim for any loss.
