I applied online for this credit card on 5/19/2026 they too my fees and activation money they after a month told me they could issues a card , that they would refund my money now 3 months later I don't have my check still , they won't answer my emails or anything

I filled out online application for a direct credit card by reserve credit card. I paid the service fee and program fee adding up to $90. I received the card but it already had a balance of $270. I thought that it was an error, so I proceeded to use the card. I used it once and every purchase after that was declined. The only purchase made was about $14.

I applied for a credit card with a company (Reserve Credit Card) and was approved for a $300 credit limit on April 24, 2026. I had to pay a 35 dollar application fee and an additional 60 dollars after I was approved. However, I did not receive the card until June 22, 2026. When I attempted to activate the credit card, the company requested an additional $195, despite my having already paid a $95 fee to apply for the card. As a result, I requested to cancel my account on June 24, 2026. I received an email confirming the cancellation and was informed that I would receive a refund within 5 to 10 days. However, it has been 30 days, and I still have not received my refund.

Scam got the card.

Customer service no support.

No records of their business.

Takes 2 months to get card.

Waste of time shut this business down.

So I signed up for this card on 5/30, they then told me it was going to take 2 weeks for it to be shipped out and I would get an email. It have been long past that and every time I call they say there was an issue with the first batch of cards and they don't know when it's going to be shipped. It now has almost been a month and still nothing no card and no reason to why I haven't gotten it. They pretend that they are a real company and they are not.
