Report

Booked hotel for 2/1/26. Changed this reservation for one at same hotel on 2/15/26 due to inclement weather. Notified Lodgingsupport and hotel and received promise of credit voucher. Did not receive voucher and when questioned, said they had cancelled it because hotel listed us as a "No Show" for first date. Met with hotel management who said they did not do that and had not been contacted by Lodgingsupport. Additional attempts to call or contact them were not successful. They are a scam.
