The company posed to be a travel booking company partnering with Carnival Cruises. When you Google Carnival Cruises the eir website comes up. I proceeded to book and pay for a cruise. They sent an email confirming the payment. When I called Carnival a couple days later to confirm booking Carnival said it was on hold. I called many times after that and Carnival never received payment. I called the travel agency again after 3 weeks and they told me that a new booking number was assigned but ultimately Carnival Cruise confirmed the cruise had been cancelled!

Ive asked for a refund but have yet to receive it.
